چکیده

Bergg%rd (1) has previously reported the presence of low molecular weight y-globulins in both normal human plasma and urine. Recently, Takahashi and Schmid (2) have succeeded in isolating 3s yr-globulins from Cohn Fraction VI (3) of normal blood. In this paper, the isolation of two groups of low molecular weight y-globulins from normal human plasma and the characterization of one of these, the 3X y,-globulins, are described.

Preparation, properties and preclinical pharmacokinetics of low molecular weight heparin-modified isoliquiritigenin-loaded solid lipid nanoparticle

Low molecular weight heparin-modified isoliquiritigenin-loaded solid lipid nanoparticle (LMWH-ISL-SLN) was developed for injective application. The morphological observation, particle diameter and zeta potential of LMWH-ISL-SLN were characterized using transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and a Malvern Zetasizer. Its entrapment efficiency (EE) and drug loading (DL) were determined by ultracen...

Immunogens of Brucella Abortus S19 Identified By Two-Dimensional Gel Electrophoresis and Immunoblotting

Background: Lipopolysaccharides (LPSs) and several antigenic proteins of Brucella have been considered for preparation of diagnostic reagents and subunit vaccines. The objective of this study was to identify and compare immunogens of B. abortus S19 which induce humoral immune responses in human, goat and rabbit. Material and Methods: The bacterial whole cell extract was prepared in extraction b...

Studies of Human Anti-γ-globulin Factors Reacting with Pepsin-digested Γ-globulins

Many sera from normal individuals as well as patients with various disease states contain agglutinating antibodies which show specificity for antigenic determinants of gamma-globulin revealed by pepsin digestion at pH 4.1. Sera containing such agglutinating activity as well as sera negative for these agglutinators contain low molecular weight (3S-5S) components of slow gamma-mobility which inhi...

Characterization of Antibodies in Normal Human Urine.

Certain of the physiochemical and immunochemical properties of the y-globulins of normal human urine have been reported by Webb, Rose, and Sehon (2) and by Franklin (3). These urinary proteins were found to be electrophoretically and antigenically closely related to serum y-globulins, but smaller in size; their molecular weights ranged from 10,600 (2) to 38,000 (3). Sedimentation coefficients S...
